True story, at the Coop, of a very generous man who’s identity is known only to Santa. This happened last year at one of our Farmers Coop locations. It really captures the essence of our customers and the true spirit of the season. We’d like to share it again with everyone.
One of our Farmers Coop employees has a daughter who has some medical issues. This past week, a dark haired man came into the store and gave one of the clerks on-duty an envelope for this daughter of the employee, with the special requirement not to give it to the employee until he left the store. When the dark haired gentleman left the store, the clerk then delivered it to the mom who then delivered to her daughter the next morning. The daughter opened the envelope and there was a card that said “Merry Christmas from Santa” and a generous financial Christmas present stuffed in the card. No one knows except Santa, who he was. Christmas at the Coop!
