Customer Service Specialist: ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES
•Greeting customers and promptly assessing their wants and needs
•Advising customers on purchase options
•Practice punctual and reliable attendance
•Maintaining a clean and organized store at all times
•Keeping products stocked regularly and making sure all
products are properly labeled
•Answering phone calls in a professional manner
•Performing all other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
•Valid Driver’s License
•High school diploma (or equivalent) or any combination of education,
training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and
abilities
•Retail sales experience in Lawn & Garden and/or Farm & Ranch
•Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing in a
manner with co-workers and customers
•Commitment to excellence and high standards especially in terms of
providing outstanding customer service
•Highly motivated
•Positive attitude
•Desire to grow and succeed
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
•Periods of walking/standing for a significant amount of time
•Ability to lift, carry, and load 50+ pounds
